Sorry about that issue with the proxy button and umbrella not coming up.  Sometimes it happens and we don't know why!

Please try this and let us know if it works.  At the bottom of the Epic's Settings page (after you click advanced options, scroll to the bottom), click on "Reset Epic". Then restart Epic.  See if that brings the buttons back.
