Proxy not working on my Mac. Resetting Epic does not work! Help!

Hi, my browser was working perfect up until a few days ago.  I keep getting a message saying my proxy cannot connect to the server?  WTF!  Can anyone please help.  I have tried everything including resetting Epic.

Please someone help.  Thanks in advance.
