Side Bar for Epic with Local News etc

Hi Alok,

My warmest congratulations at your success in developing this wonderful Browser AGAINST ALL Odds. I as an Indian m PROUD that you could do it keeping in mind the highest principles of freedom and privacy!!

I had used Epic soon after its release but today when I downloaded it into my computer, I am not able to see the Side Bar with Local News etc... The National colours are also not displayed. My system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

The Side Bar with all facilities for Epic was a great convenience which I Do NOT want to lose ever.
Please help.
