Trouble w/ Flash (filmstruck.com)

Hello,
I just downloaded Epic 62.0.3202.94 (Windows 10), and I'm having trouble getting Flash to work. The Adobe Flash test page says I have Flash disabled, even though I when in to the site settings menu and changed it to "Allow."

But, the real site I'm trying to get it to work for is filmstruck.com, and when I go in to change its Flash settings, rather than the usual popup menu to set Allow, Block, or Ask, it says "Allow (by extension)" and it's grayed out with no option to change it. I tried downloading & installing Flash manually (selecting the version for Chromium) but that didn't help.

If anyone has any advice for getting this to work I'd appreciate it.
