V63.0.3239.108 completely blocked on Mac High Sierra (10.13.6)

Updated to the latest and on launch the browser cannot connect. Even to Epic search or epicbrowser.com (accessing using FireFox now) FireFox and Opera have no issues. I recently changed to charter internet so my initial thought is that charter is trying to track and won't allow access until certain info is collected.

Any suggestions or thoughts on what to try?
