Unable to Connect to XAMPP Localhost

This used to work and now only works with Chrome.
I am using 62.0.3202.94 with Win7/64. The proxy is disconnected.
Error: Connection to 127.0.0.1 failed.

As Epic is my primary browser, any help will be appreciated. I cannot find a similar topic.
