I know Epic/Chromium doesn't support XP. Windows 7 may not function with Epic.
We don't have a definitive answer unfortunately.

If you can't get in the installer to work, email me:  alok a t hiddenreflex d o t co m.  I can send you a link to install Epic directly (you won't automatically get updates unfortunately but at least we can get Epic back on your system).
