You are not logged in.
Go to preferences, and enter tab. There are a number of options that may help. Alternatively just restart Epic.

Use (command) ⌘(comma), that should put you into preferences I believe. There you can enter "tab" in the search feature and that should give you a few tab options. Alternatively you can click on the 3 dots in the upper RH corner, then settings and enter "tab" in the search symbol bar.
