There isn't official release info, history or previous versions.  You can send a query to Alok at  alok at hiddenreflex dot com for that info. I believe windows is an auto update while macOS is manually updated but ask that also.

Yes, we need to keep a page with a list to all Epic versions.  Mac users get a notification in-browser upon release on new updates.  Windows runs on auto-updates.  Please email me directly anytime as well.
