What's the story? I can open this on Safari etc.

I think I had that similar message on a shopping site and all I had to do was turn off the proxy.

I can't open the website http://www.delta.com  Is there a way to allow this page to load?

My flash extension is set against me and in settings I can't change it. It states the "this setting is enforced by an extension." The extension whatever it is and wherever it blocks certain cites listed in Block. I can't change it. Not responsive to anything I click or try to find to do to unblock it. What to do?
