It functions, Epic no longer supports Windows 7 so I guess you are fortunate. Go ahead and reload a couple times if it works.

I don't recognize this url at all:  mfr.cdn.dcop.cz

It doesn't seem to be related to any of our Encrypted Proxy servers.  Please check if you have a VPN installed on your system or if any other software is interfering or intercepting your http / https requests.
