I sent your concern to the "mother ship". I recall this was a security concern if my recollection is accurate.

There could be a multitude of reasons why it happens.
I don't have all the answers but I did send it in for information.

We have fixed this issue in the past but then the handling of icons will change and our fixes will break. So over the past few years it's worked at times and hasn't at times. We do need to do a better job of supporting this...but it's a lower priority vs. key privacy protections.
