I don't have a timetable, I would guess soon.

Yes, whether or not Epic will continue to support Manifest v2 or switch to only v3 is still in consideration.  It's a difficult issue for us.  Right now there's no definite deadline on when Manifest v2 support will be ended, but probably sometime next year unfortunately.
