I would recommend waiting for the next update which has been in the works for a while. No approximate date has been given. I have noticed lots of Captchas myself and just switch browsers.

Yes, too many sites are now blocking visitors that use a proxy IP, anti-fingerprinting protections and or adblock...and often have a CAPTCHA up.  The new Epic makes it a bit easier to whitelist everything and also better supports CloudFlare so their captchas don't come up -- it should be released in July 2023.  Thanks for the feedback and sharing these issues...we'll keep working on solving them so that Epic still loads all sites while protecting everyone's privacy to maximum extent that's feasible.
