Cloudflare is related to the encrypted proxy -- we're working on solving the issues, but in the meantime you'll have to disable it for those sites or whitelist them from the proxy.

Not sure why those extensions disappeared, you can "reset Epic" in Epic's preferences and see if that helps, else write Alok and he can advise some other things to try like deleting the Extensions folder in the Default Folder for Epic (in local app data in Windows or Application Support on a Mac).
