#1 Re: Epic Windows Bugs » Too many epic files open in Windows process tab » 2026-01-14 16:32:49

That’s a fair concern, especially on a Windows 7 system with limited resources. Epic uses multiple background processes for things like security, tab isolation, and extensions, so seeing several epic.exe instances is normal. However, 10+ processes can feel excessive if RAM usage is high. You can try disabling unnecessary extensions, limiting open tabs, and checking for updates, as newer versions often improve performance.
Just like how reliable platforms such as https://eaguaranteedrent.co.uk/, focus on stability and efficiency in their services, browser developers also need to balance performance with security. If the issue continues, reporting it to Epic’s developers or switching to a lighter browser may be the best option.

#2 Re: Epic Windows Bugs » Flashing Screen upon starting » 2025-10-06 12:09:27

Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ve also faced similar flashing screen issues, and disabling hardware acceleration didn’t help much on my end either. Hopefully, the upcoming update addresses this properly. By the way, if anyone here is looking for reliable property management Dagenham services, I can recommend a good local option.
