For the time being, this is my workaround, but I thought I could let you know because it might Block Blast  be a sign of future issues with certain websites or perhaps a hint for similar problems that others may be experiencing.

After updating to the IDM version 6.42 Build, the Internet Download Manager's programme and its IDM Integrated Module continue to have the same conflict issue.
