Cannot install Epic on Windows 7

Today I powered on my PC and attempted to load Epic and had an error message that Epic could not find shortcut. It gave options and I chose the delete. I noticed the Epic logo was then missing from my desktop. I then decided to uninstall epic browser. To my surprise it was not there anymore. I then deleted the old copy from my download directory and downloaded most current version. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. It went through the procedure of installing, but there was no Epic browser program loaded. I retried the install another 2 times and it would not load.

What do I do?

Sorry for inconvenience,  while installing Epic, can you see downloading from internet message ?
