Databases.db-journal file Deleted or Moved PopUp ??

I had this pop up after closing epic this morning.

The C:\Users\ ******\AppData\Local\Epic Privacy Br...\DataBases.db-
journal folder does not exist. The file may have been moved or deleted.

Do you want to create it?

I did not delete or move any files so not really sure why  or what to do so just canceled.

Is this nothing or something to worry about? .

using:  vista ultim8  sp2 ...

I snipped the popup and attempted  to post it here but was unable to figure it out.
