Not sure what happened as the VPN has been working fine for all users except in Russia. We've unfortunately had to discontinue VPN / encrypted proxy support with the latest update this week so soon it the network will be shut down.
There are several fast, free Chrome VPN extensions you can use in Epic though -- we list a few such as Proton, WindScribe and others which don't require any registration like VeePN, TroyWell, VPNly, Anonymox, UltraSurf and uVPN.
