Cannot enter a site

The site "Siebel eCustomer" (url=http://www.selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in) cannot be connected, although Internet Explorer can do it with no difficulty. Interestingly, Google Chrome also fails here, although earlier it had no such problem. I want to make Epic my default (in fact only) browser, so any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi -- sorry for the late reply & thanks for your support.

Is the login issue happening only when the proxy is on?  We believe the issue may have been related to our triggering additional authentication requests from the Siebel server -- we've fixed this so you should be able to login here, though it may be an issue that they've designed the login for IE only (i.e. no chrome/chromium/epic support?!). 

Please do try logging in again with the proxy on and off and let us know if it works.
