Windows 10 x64 installation problem

Hi,

I just downloaded the setup to install the browser but there are some errors during the installation process:

C:\Users\-\AppData\Local\Epic Privacy Browser\Installer\EpicUpdate.exe (pid=5212)
net\network_request_impl.cc:509

(((HRESULT)(last_hr_)) >= 0) && *http_status_code

I have another code but I cannot put it on this message due of "link limitation", I will follow this post by another one

Re: Windows 10 x64 installation problem

Hi John, I have Windows 10 - 64bit and I've had no problem with Epic Browser. It installed 1st time for me and works fine. Best to do is Re-Download it and try a new install. It should be fine.

Re: Windows 10 x64 installation problem

Not sure what's going on.

If you need uninstall then re-install Epic, delete Epic entirely after uninstall, then reinstall Epic.

After uninstalling Epic, to delete Epic, type %localappdata% in a Windows Navigator folder
Then go to the Epic folder and delete it.

Then reinstall Epic while you're connected directly to a modem with a good internet connection.

Hopefully that works!

Re: Windows 10 x64 installation problem

Try this link https://epicbrowser.com/thank_you.php and if that fails repost. If you obtained it from a source other than Epic, that could be the problem.

Also wondering where it is being downloaded I.E downloads, if it's in applications or not? Did you disable adblockers and try?
Here is possibly some help.
