Proxy for Germany, India and Singapore are USA IPs

When I use whatsmyip.net the IPa returned are  ...
singapore=139.59.238.143
india=139.59.22.249
germany=138.68.64.81

All are digital ocean in the US

Argh...they should all be in the respective countries but different IP services sometimes associate them with different countries...IPs do keep getting moved around so sometimes some services don't get updated.
