The Russian government has blocked our network unfortunately.  We're discontinuing the VPN service due to excessive cost and time. 

There are several fast, free Chrome VPN extensions you can use in Epic though -- we list a few such as Proton, WindScribe and others which don't require any registration like VeePN, TroyWell, VPNly, Anonymox, UltraSurf and uVPN.
