Problems! Problems with Epic Browser!

I have Windows 7 Home Premium and the laptop is Dell Inspiron 15R

I am not a specialist in computer language and I do not understand all those technical terms like do that, do this, have done that blah! blah!! etc. I wish they could write in simple prose how to rectify the problems step by step. 

Before I installed Epic Browser I also had (besides Chrome) ixquick search engine.

I have Ad Fender too.

I have installed Epic Browser in February 2016. Version 48.0.2553.0

Two weeks later the proxy button functioned no more. The button showed in grey colour.

Only five pages are loaded and no more! Why 5 pages only. I typed Scotch Whisky in the search engine box. Only 5 pages loaded!! Quite strange!!!

The Epic affects WORD also. Epic Browser is running behind. It takes 5 minutes to open Word and after writing a document I save it. Then comes WORD NOT RESPONDING. After five to seven minutes it saves.

Three hours after surfing in Epic Browser it becomes very slow in loading pages etc. When I write SLOW I mean the speed of a cart pulled by a pair of bullocks!!

The encryption is very slow.

I cannot log in into my bank!

I cannot log in into Ryanair. Ryanair.com refuses to open its pages!

Epic is REALLY GOOD. It shows how many were tracking my queries, surfing habits etc.

Administrators should fix up those problems I mentioned above. I am not only the person but there are many. I read the forum and I am taking up the same problems others pointed out/complained before me.

I am fed up, frustrated and disappointed.

I have uninstalled and I will give one more chance. I will install and see if it runs smoothly.

If the same problems come up I will say GOOD BYE to Epic Browser.
