Simple, I found that if yyou schroll down to log in with a google email a/c that verifiies your identity and away you go.
Let me no if that is successful it was for me.

I think you will find that it is not Epic blocking the films or videos but its Epic browser being blocked because they prefer browsers that allow cookies, advertising and tracking which they get paid for no doubt.
You tube now owned by Google is a typical example.

Thanks Comanchero, I found your link very interesting. I've always hated windows 10, and Microsoft has got worse & worse since Bill Gates sold out.
Have been quite a while checking out other OS's. There is so much to choose from though.
Have noticed that this is the only reply you have had. There are about 480 unanswered posts since Sept, 2013. including a couple of mine. I've realized I probably won't get an answer.

To solve fault with tabs, can I re install epic while preserving all my bookmarks?
or is there another way.
i don't know what caused it but now every time i click on a tab it displays at full screen, after shrinking the width it does ok until i change tab which also displays full screen which I can shrink the width.
But when clicking on the other tab it reverts back to full screen and the other tab also reverts to full screen.
Chrome browser works fine except there is no privacy.
I have gone into epic settings and can't find the solution.
Have shut down and restarted but problem still there.
I have multi screen set up and as I need several windows open at the same time, I cant use epic.
It has been working fine until now. Hope someone can help as I don't want to use another browser unless I have to.

Never the less Ebay does not accept Epic privacy browser unless you want to buy as a guest, because they want to nose into your business, . But you will not be able to access ebay for refunds, complaints because of the captchas to confirm your identity.
However I found that if you schroll down and log in with a gmail address there will be know problem accessing ebay.
It worked for me.

My OS is Win 10.
Ever since the windows updates a couple of weeks ago I have been putting up with the epic browser freezing every time I try to bookmark a web site.
Today a Microsoft agent has spent over 1 and a half hours trying too fix it. At one point he did get a browser bookmarking to work.
Unfortunately after deleting a lot of updates, files and tempory filesand finished downoading update (KB4458469) and restarting epic browser still freezes.
So I downloaded epic browser again and that still freezes after the same process of trying to bookmark a web site. ( I did not uninstall the original as I did not want to lose my bookmarks).
I have tried Chrome browser and Microsoft Edge browsers and they both worked ok with bookmarks.
Is there any way round this without losing my bookmarks?
Perhaps exporting my bookmarks to Chrome say, uninstalling epic, install from fresh, and then import the bookmarks back from Chrome.
Would the Chrome browser still hold those bookmarks so I have a back up?
I am surprised it seems no one in the forum has posted the same problem, because according to a search on Google there are loads, who have, on both Chrome and M.soft Edge there are loads on both of them.

I'm pretty sure that it was ever since the windows 10 update 15/8/2017 that epic privacy browser tabs and window often freezes. Unable to close window without shutting down. I've been able to open a new window and work with that one, but eventually have to shut down to close the frozen window.
I've tried to pinpoint when it happens. It is not any particular site, It seems to happen when clicking on various (no one particular) bookmark folder, while searching for a bookmark.
I've noted that many others have had same problem with chrome & edge browsers. There have been reports of fixes for for chrome, but I avoid using other than epic browser, so I've no 1st hand experience regards them.
I don't know if this is relevant but for months now, the bookmark manager has not functioned properly. It stopped scrolling down after a certain number of book marks. I seem to have solved that problem by deleting some & moving some of them to a new folder.
There does not to be any other epic users reporting tab/window freezes, so I don't know what I can do to fix my problem.
I hope someone can help.

It is ridiculous how slow this browser has become. It has taken 3 to 4 minutes to get to this forum.
I've got Win 10, I know it is much slower than Win 7 which I had previously and Epic was great with Win 7. Now tabs often take ages to load and sometimes they don't load at all, or i give up waiting.
I have been seriously thinking of looking for a new browser but I have just had a thought -
Is it possible that Microsoft is causing these problems because I have set Epic as my default browser?
I could change the default settings as a test but I would like some expert opinions before I do, as I have a strong dislike of Microsoft.
I look forward to any help from you experts.

Epic takes 4 to 5 minutes for a tab to open from restart.
It takes just as long, perhaps even longer for opening a bookmark.
I say perhaps, because I get fed up with waiting and try other bookmarks, then often none open so I close all tabs except one which eventually opens by rebooting the same tab.
I get the same results after enabling the epic proxy.
I always run CCleaner before hibernating or shutting down.
I have run Malwarebytes and Avast Free Antivirus, also Junkware Removal tool.
The only changes I have made recently is replacing AVG Free with Avast Free, Which did not seem to affect epic.
Although I have never had any viruses (to my knowledge) getting through with AVG, I had read many "experts" saying that AVG was poor and Avast was far better, coming out top of free antivirus software.
Maybe I should uninstall Avast and re install AVG to see if that makes a difference.
Alternately re install epic.
Please, I need some help in deciding what to do.
The problem explained below only came to light today, (May 2nd, 2016).
I can't scroll to the bottom of my bookmarks. When initially scrolling down, it will only scroll so far then the scroll bar disappears and that is the end of scrolling.
The right hand column moves very close to the left column and the scroll bar for the left column disappears as well.
Also the top line with option for organizing disappears.
I have been trying to tidy up all my bookmarks which has been very frustrating to say the least.
I may have to look for alternatives; maybe "pocket", which I have not really looked into yet.
Hope someone has a solution to these problems.

I have the same problem with all my Microsoft email a/cs, but only when I am using Epic Privacy Browser.
I can access them all if I use Google Chrome or my windows phone. My wife does not have this problem when using her ipad.
Don't reinstall Epic because you may lose all your bookmarks.

I have more than one hotmail and live accounts and the same has been happening to me with all of them.
I can access them on my windows phone, and on Google Chrome browser but not on Epic browser.

Emails are not received.
Can't access .com sites.

I,ve just started learning JavaScript. I was advised to use Netscape browser so I downloaded the latest version of Netscape Navigator. After I ran my 1st simple script which worked as it should, I then ran CCleaner including the registry cleaner. Also AVG secured three threats. I realized that most of my bookmarks have gone. The only ones left are those that I imported from internet explorer and 1 folder which I made for 2 epic searches.
All the rest have gone including those I imported from Chrome.
I think they had gone before I ran CCleaner and before AVG reported those threats, but it didn't register in my mind at the time.
Are the favorites stored somewhere in memory? If so where?
I hope someone can help.
