I agree, thanks for your input and response. It will be forwarded.
Go to extensions, shut off the adblocker, click on remove, then quit Epic. When you reopen Epic it will be zero. If you wish to enable click on the Umbrella button/install button. I also found it annoying, using MacOS.
Note: sometimes Epic must be quit twice for the "install" to show on the umbrella button.
Good luck!

Thanks for the compliment!
Thanks for the gracious response!
Is the location of your download in your applications folder?
If it doesn't go in the app folder it may not function. Also turn your antivirus off to download as it may perceive Epic to be a virus.
What OS and type of computer?
Good luck
Epic should be installed in the Application folder. What version of MacOS are you using? On the firewall allow incoming extensions (Epic) as that is how it is configured
I hope this helps.
What OS, type of device are you using?
Y0u can try a screen shot but I don't think it will work. If you have a menu bar click on"bookmarks" if possible.
The 3 dots are in your menu bar either or the top or side I think depending on your OS.
Click on the 3 dots in the upper RH corner of your window/bookmarks will appear/ and you should see 5 settings one of which is bookmark manager. I'm using a Mac by the way.
Good luck!
You are not dull, just a communication problem which is my fault.

Try going to Bookmark Manager, or chrome://bookmarks/. In the upper right corner click on the three dots and there should be 5 settings, click on the appropriate one.
Good luck.
If you click on command T, you get a new window, there are 15 spaces to add url's for I.E. "Duck Duck go" or any other choice. This is useful for users unaware of it. You may also go to settings/appearance/home button and enter "Duck Duck go" or any other choice.
I hope this will help! Good luck.

Other people behind the Great Wall have reported similar anomalies. Just do a search of the forum "Great Wall, China etc. or posts under Proxy1. Here is one example! https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic … 591#p68591
I hope this helps!
Open Epic search/subscriptions/cancel and re enter a different payment method.
Hopefully that will suffice.

Your English is fine!
Did you click on the umbrella button and click on the reinstall button?
Try disabling the proxy.
