Yes, due to some unavoidable reasons we are diverting all our requests to  199.189.86.27 and 199.217.118.201 .  We will add few more servers very soon.

Still proxy is slow for you?
Yes, we are facing some issues with few of our servers. We are working on it. Mean while update should work for you. I can see servers are doing good now, you should not face any problem.

Thanks for trying  Epic privacy browser.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There were some issues with one of our proxy server, we just gave an update to it. Every thing will be okay in couple of minutes.   You need not to do anything for the update. It will update automatically.

Can you do the following commands from terminal
"cd ~/Library/Application Support/Hiddenreflex/Epic/"
"rm -rf Default"
"cd ~/Library/Cache/"
"rm -rf Hiddenreflex"
Note:  do not forget "~" in this commands.

Start the Epic Now. let us know if this helped or not

Thanks for the post. Sorry for inconvenience. Did you try restarting Epic?? Restring Epic might help some times.  Go to settings -> Net work ->disable Epic proxy. Try to disable and enable. Let me if this worked for you or not.

Very strange. At this point I don't have any clue.  Have tried re installing Epic. Please take back up of your bookmarks before uninstalling.

Sorry for inconvenience. Might be one of our proxy server is down for few seconds.  Always try to restart the Epic, if nothing loads in a page.

Navigate to chrome://plugins/ . In plugins page you can find list of all plugins and its disable/enable option next to it.
