Try Epic Preferences/Settings/Privacy and Security/ Search for "All cookies and site data" and you will find what you are looking for.

You can see cookies in other browsers via the "See who's tracking me in my other browsers" link at the bottom right of Epic's new tab page. 

To see cookies in Epic, visit:
chrome://settings/siteData
or
chrome://settings/cookies

Presently, Epic doesn't store browsing history.
