Sorry for that, seems all our epic features are working for you. I am trying to generate the EpicUpdate.exe messge with comodo AV, Not able to generate. We are trying to generate and getback to you a.s.a.p

Thank you. Problems still there but I wanted to know something normal or not :

When I click on umbrella button, I can't go on "adblock options" (view) - the same for "see trackers blocked". I can't clik on these buttons "view".

Sorry for the late response.

Are you getting any messages like "Unavailable for this page"?
Are you trying to click on umbrella button in new tab/settings page?
visit a site, e.g, epicsearch.in then click on umbrella button.

I did whath you said : I visited epicsearch but it the same pb

I'm really tired of all this. There is no difference between Epic and Mozilla. I ask myself why I should go on with Epic if I'm tracked and if I have all these adds.

Sorry for that, might be I confused you. I am trying to check, if your umbrella button is working for you or not. So, I asked you to visit epicsearch.in.

I think your adblock filters are not updated. Visit any site and click on umbrella button-> Adblock options . An options page opens with Adblock filters.  Click on "update now" 

Please let me if this worked or not.

sorry for that, we don't save your bookmarks on uninstall. Always you can export bookmarks as html files. You can find this option bookmark manager.

You are getting ads after re installing epic ?

what I am trying to say, before uninstalling Epic, you can export your bookmarks as a html file. Later, you can import them to epic  from your bookmark manager.

desktop  - win7 sp1 64bit - epic installs and works great !
laptop     - win7 sp1 32bit - epic says it installed, but same result as ebeb below
I too request an offline installer
