Sorry about that, hopefully the next version will be compatible. It should be available soon.
Which version of Windows?
If it's Windows 7 it won't work it has been depracated. Chromium no longer supports XP so the last few versions of Epic won't work on Windows XP...and the latest Epic probably won't work on Win7.
Did it work before, have you tried another search engine?
I know the update is in the works, ETA soon. Here were some suggestions, https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?id=58641, FB is an ongoing cat and mouse game that never ends.
I think we are having a communication problem as I don't know what "markers" mean. If I could see what you are referring to it would be easier.
I'm unaware how to change it. What is your Operating System?
An update should be out shortly so settings may change.
Click on the 3 dots in the upper RH corner, note bookmarks and enter your bookmark url or name. There should be a menu options, edit, delete etc.
Your browsing history is still accessible via your dns cache even upon Incognito window close. Epic doesn't keep history so there's no way to save it apart from doing something like bookmarking all the open sites.
That should be addressed shortly with the pending update. Thanks for the info.
Some solutions are here, https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?id=1663. Do a search for "install add ons or extensions" in the forum.
Repost or reply back if it doesn't work.
Good luck
A update is going to be out this shortly and hopefully it will address this. I will be testing the new release version probably later this week or next.

What is your latest software update?
1-You might check firewall settings.I don't know how FB works but that may be
something that has changed.
2-Check the Umbrella button/Epic Filter list and see if all filter lists are enabled. I have found that to be the case once in a while. Disable as needed then change from no to yes reload and back to no. I have found this setting to change for some reason occasionally.
3- An update to Epic is coming so that may take care of the problem.
Good Luck!
There is an Epic update coming and some add ons will be allowed.

The answer might be right here, https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?id=1570
Try a "Search" in the Epic forum under Windows or Windows 7, there are quite a variety of solutions/problems.
This link addresses a variety of solutions

If you do a Search in the forum there are are variety of Windows problems with Windows installations. Look at
this one for example and see if there is a solution. https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic … 186#p68186.
Perhaps a different uninstall technique might help https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/win … 05080eaf98.
Good luck.
Is your OS Android or Mac?
I checked it with the Proxy enabled, Mac OS 11.4 and it's fine.
Click on the padlock/settings in the URL bar and see if there is something enabled that might affect it.
Good luck
The Epic search is being corrected to address this and it should happen shortly. Nice job on the trouble shooting and most
Epic users are technically quite adept. Thanks for the update!
Here is a link to the new Epic search https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic … 407#p68407.
Try this first https://support.google.com/chrome/threa … alid?hl=en and it's probably caused by an extension. Clearing the cache, restarting, disabling the proxy etc. this seems to be the most prudent. Try them on at a time.
If that doesn't correct it try this site https://cheapsslsecurity.com/blog/fix-e … e-invalid/.
Good luck, repost if it doesn't function.

See https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic.php?id=58821. This might help, also working on some changes with the next Epic update.
I hope this answers your questions, repost if not.
The linux question has been answered here.
Not yet though you can use Epic on Linux via WINE. We LOVE Linux but we probably won't be able to support a Linux-based Epic for some time, we're a small team so supporting 4 platforms is already a LOT of work.
As mentioned there is an update coming and add ons will be allowed.
Here is why https://www.zdnet.com/article/google-re … web-store/.
I believe Win 7 has been deprecated, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microso … -7-support.

It is a question of eliminating what functions and every operating system has settings that change how for example FB functions. You may have something set on your Samsung phone that is different or variable.
Try running a speed test https://www.speedtest.net/result/11508543303 and see if that gives you a bench mark so you have a comparable measurement. ISP's sometimes can be impacted due to external demands. Then you can compare speeds with different operating system configurations.
Good luck
For video playback issues, please try this, in Epic's settings/preferences page, uncheck "use hardware acceleration".
