Sorry for the late reply. We've been working on a quick fix but haven't found any so we're working on a full update to Epic. Hotmail has started doing something strange!
We should have a full update out next week which should resolve this Hotmail/Outlook issue. In the meantime, sometimes turning the proxy on/off and turning off ad & tracker blocking extends the time hotmail works in the tab before crashing.

Thanks for the post. One of our proxy server is down for sometime. We are working on these issues. Please restart the browser if any of the proxy is not working for you. On restart, we will connect to the different proxy every time.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we don't have update mechanism for installer.
Please uninstall Epic and install the new one from our website. Before unistall, you can export all your bookmarks as a html file and you can import them back in the new Epic.

You may not get by the optimum performance by clearing the browser data. Better if you restart Epic.
