Thank you joern for reporting these bugs. We're going to launching update soon that blocks extensions and that should improve the proxy stability.
We hope to add more search engines like DDG soon -- sorry we don't support them for now. We'll keep working to make Epic and Epic's Search both better -- thanks again as always.

Hi Dilgreen,
Can you check epicsearch.in in any other browser you have? Epicsearch.in for us has been relatively fast despite you're correct Epic's strong growth!!! We are guessing this could be an issue with our proxy on Macs. We shall release an update for proxy in a day or two.

If you do not want your login details not to be saved, please go to settings page in Advanced settings, under passwords and forms uncheck "Offer to save passwords I enter on the web". This will prevent that saving of passwords
We are about to give an update in which this bug shall be fixed.
Some hosting sites might not accept proxy, disable proxy and login to hosting websites. If proxy is not on and you are still having this problem, please give us the URLs, so that we will test and fix this problems.

Are you downloading it from the right website i.e. "www.epicbrowser.com". Can you give us some of your system information by visiting this website "http://whatsmyuseragent.com/". Please copy the text of "Your User Agent String is:"
We're working on it literally right now!!! There's a script you can run to fix this -- we hope to have a better solution in a day or so. If not, we'll post this script which "cleans" out Epic. Sorry about the delay & thanks as always for your help & detailed assitance!!

We as of now do not have any protection against any malware. We shall soon incorporate this feature.
Since it goes through proxy, it can be slightly slower, but it would not harm the browser or machine in any manner.

Firstly Sorry, your posts are not gone anywhere once you post, they come for moderation. We don't like moderation of any user's posts either, but "Spam" posts bother this forum.
When you are using Epic browser, do not worry about history or Cache of being stored, We do not leave any trace of them as they are removed once you exit your browser. So keep closing exiting your browser once you are done with your browsing, that keeps away any advertiser or trackers or cookies from tracking you.
Regarding autofill and autosuggest, here is how our concept goes, we have ranked many websites in our local database (which is not based on any one users browsing habit, but by the websites popularity), we ranked them, so when you type word "f", "facebook" being a top website we auto fill it, the next two or three websites that are popular with word "f" comes with search icon below, which is our auto suggest. We apply this concept only till first three letters of the website you are looking, there after autofill or autosuggest gets "off"
In your case foxnews is something that we show from our local database, it is not based on your browsing history or cache or cookies. For now we have not given autosuggest or auto fill configurable from settings page. We shall think on it and will inform you accordingly.
