Did you try disabling the Adblocker (Umbrella Button).
RFImages,
You can use the Bookmark Manager, click on the 3 dots in the upper RH corner to "Import Bookmarks" that you should have in a backup I believe in an XML, html, or appropriate file. Just Import the file hopefully. I haven't done it recently and I am using a Mac by the way.
Or read through these, https://forum.epicbrowser.com/search.ph … =546262389 for more info. There are quite a few posts. Repost if you have problems.
Good luck!

I don't understand for certain what the annoying issue is. Below is my best guess.
Go here, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions for a plethora of downloads.
You can disable the extensions you don't want by going to Preferences/ Extensions etc. and disable them.
I hope this answers your query! If not repost.
Which OS, version are you using, did you click on the Umbrella button to disable the Adblock? Sometimes we are all in kindergarten!
Interesting, we have no idea why but this does indicate why it's good to backup before installing etc.
Thanks for the reminder.
Yes, go ahead!
Go to chrome://extensions/ and see if it's empty or enable any items you wish.
I'll forward your query.
Thank you. We will take a look at it. Ideas and workarounds are always welcome.!
I'll send another request to Alok.

Try chrome://extensions/. It should be in the menu so you can enable them as they are bundled I believe. Alternatively go to preferences, enter Adblock and you will find other solutions if the first doesn't work.

Epic's AdBlock and Encrypted proxy / VPN extensions are bundled in Epic, but still need to enabled upon install.
You can enable them via this page in a few seconds:
chrome://extensions/
That's just the Epic extensions page.
Use (command) ⌘(comma), that should put you into preferences I believe. There you can enter "tab" in the search feature and that should give you a few tab options. Alternatively you can click on the 3 dots in the upper RH corner, then settings and enter "tab" in the search symbol bar.
Good luck!
Go to preferences, and enter tab. There are a number of options that may help. Alternatively just restart Epic.
I contacted Alok with your query. No response yet.
I contacted Alok with your query.
Go to settings, enter tabs in the search box. I'm not sure what you are talking about or what your OS is but it might show you an applicable option to accomplish what you wish.
Got to the extensions (3 dots), settings, more tools, uncheck all boxes. Close Epic then reopen and recheck the boxes.. I used this before for another problem once before. I'm using OSX so I can't replicate. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience and will resubmit my help request to Alok.
Go to settings, Advanced, reset see if that helps.
Try reset Epic in settings.
Try the reset Epic under settings.
If the developer tools don't suffice then there is nothing else I can offer. Sorry!
Click on the 3 dots in the upper RH corner, "More tools" then "Developer tools". There are other items in this menu that may be of interest. You can also enter, chrome://chrome-urls/ for more options, hopefully this will help.
Good luck!
Turn off the proxy, close Epic and restart. What OS, version etc.?
If you do a Search in the forum there are are variety of Windows problems with Windows installations. Look at
this one for example and see if there is a solution. https://forum.epicbrowser.com/viewtopic … 186#p68186.
Perhaps a different uninstall technique might help https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/win … 05080eaf98.
Good luck.
