Hi ilivas,
We are working on an update. Our Team is testing and fixing bugs related to the new Epic build. We shall release it soon in a few weeks time.
Thank You
Sai
You can do this in Epic via Wrench Menu->Settings->Advanced Settings->Content-Settings->Pop Ups-> Manage Exceptions.
Thank You
Sai
Hi hank,
Sorry to reply you late ! Looks like VDCAssistant is Mac driver? Can you let me know what steps caused this crash.
Thank You
Sai
@Tiger5, click the red button in the omnibox and when it turns to green means you are connected to our proxy servers.
Thank You
Sai
@Tiger5 when you click red button to green in the omnibox, you automatically connect to our proxy servers which are https, So all of your data is encrypted. We run around 10 proxy servers right now to handle the load. You can use them only clicking that red button. You can click and check via whatismyip.com
We do not expose our proxy servers to avoid spam on it. Please let us know your email, if you need the details of our proxy servers.
@NitrousO2, my recommendation is OpenDNS.
Thank You
Hi dssarr,
As of now we do not import passwords from Google chrome. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank You
Sai
Hi eris,
It is perfectly safe to use our proxy service. It is an encrypted proxy.
It is a bug in the recent update. We are releasing an update soon on this bug.
Thank You
Sai
No, we did not enable any log in proxy servers.
Thank You
Sai
If you keep epic's encrypted proxy on (green icon in the address bar), your ISP can't know what you're browsing.
If you turn "on" the encrypted proxy, the browser will encrypt all your requests that you send and dns queries will be via our server, so your ISP will be unable to identify what you are browsing.
If the proxy is off, your ISP can see all the sites you visit and browsing data especially http data. We encrypt all our search queries by default whether or not you keep the button red or green.
Thank You
Sai
Very sorry for the inconvenience, Can you please share us a screenshot and if possible go to ->chrome://chrome-urls->chrome://net-internals. In the drop down on top, please select proxy and paste that pac-script text here, that would help us resolve the problem.
Thank You
Thank You for reporting this issue.
Can you give us the site? We'd love to investigate it and see what has leaked your IP?
Thank You
Sai
Looks like very bad performance of Epic. I'm planning to upgrade to a latest stable version of chromium.
You can try once LastPass Extension from our Webstore and let us know if that was helpful?
Can you be more specific?
Thank You
Sai
Press "Windows (button on keyboard) + r". This will get you run prompt. Type in that box %LOCALAPPDATA% and press "OK".
Look for Epic Privacy Browser Folder there, delete the complete folder.
Now go to epicbrowser.com and install a fresh version of Epic.
Thank You
Sai Krishna
Hi tjh3nm48,
We will be giving a new update for this bug asap.
Yes, You can look at ~/Library/Application Support/HiddenReflex/Epic/Default/Bookmarks. It would be json file. Don't forget "~" before forward slash. It represents your home directory.
Thank You
Sai
Hi Sativaleaf,
Are you on Windows (version) or OS X (version)?
Thank You
Sai Krishna
@Palafox, I did the basic setup of Privoxy and let the default rules run on my Epic. Proxy settings have not gone until now..!
Sorry about that...! We are looking into this issue...!
Sorry about that. Ill test this scenario, this extensive process is being reported by some other user as well.
He says it comes while using flash.
Thank You
Sai
Hi eumios,

Can you help us little in what is taking more memory /CPU?
Go to Epic->Wrench Menu->Tools->Task Manager and paste the screenshot here? With that we can analyze what is eating up RAM or CPU
Thank You
Sai
